Up-to-date Availability Schedule

In the German-language version of this page, you will find a schedule containing up-to-date information on when each of our two holiday flats (in German: "Ferienwohnung") is already taken (in German: "Besetzt", dates in red colour) and when it is still available (in German: "Frei", dates in green colour). The date format is DD.MM.YY, meaning e.g. that 01.09.07 is 1st of September 2007.

We kindly ask you to check on that page whether one of the flats is still available for the time of your holidays. Please return to this page afterwards and follow the instructions below for booking. The prices can be found on the pages containing the description of the two flats (Erika and Säntisblick).

Booking Instructions

Please make sure that you arrive and depart on a weekend. From April to October, the minimum stay is one week. Check-in is possible from 2pm. Please check out until 10am on the day of departure. Exceptions are possible after prior consultation.

Please inform us about your approximate time of arrival at least one day in advance so that we can make sure that the flat is cleaned in time and that someone is at home to welcome you.

Please note that bookings are binding. We may ask you to pay a deposit in advance (by international bank transfer) in order to prove that your booking request is meant serious. We advise you to obtain a travel cancellation insurance from an insurance company of your choice.

Please state which of the two flats you are booking. In order to do so, please write 'Fewo+Saentisblick' or 'Fewo+Erika' as subject of your email, depending on which flat you are referring to. The links above will open your email software with the subject already filled in. (If you are using a webmail service, you will have to enter the subject by hand.)

In order to avoid misunderstandings, please state clearly that your message is a binding booking request! In cases in which your message could be understood as a request for information only, we will need to ask for clarification before we can reserve the flat for you. Please sign with your full name and address.

We would appreciate if you could tell us in your booking e-mail, how you have discovered our web site. This would help us to judge the success of our various advertising activities. Thank you!

We will confirm your booking by email, if no other bookings arrive simultaneously. In that case, the earlier request will be considered. If you do not get an answer within three days, plase send us a fax or ring us up at +49-7532-6412. (In rare cases, our spam filter might mistake your e-mail for spam.)

It is not necessary to ask whether the flats are still available. Up-to-date information is posted on this website (see above). Nevertheless, if you have any questions, we are happy to help.

Unfortunately there is not always an English speaking person available on the phone. Therefore we kindly ask you to send English language requests by email or fax, if possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
