The apartment has a total size of 47sqm and includes living-room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, meadow and a large balcony. It can be used by a maximum of 3 persons (proposed 2 persons) and a toddler, if applicable. Plase note that smoking is forbidden in the flat. If you have a dog, we recommend holiday flat Erika.

The holiday flat is located on the first floor of our house and provides a direct view on Lake Constance. In front of the breakfast kitchen and the living-room, there is a balcony with a table and chairs. When you have breakfast on the balcony, you have a nice view on the lake and, if the weather allows it, you can also see the Swiss shore line and the Alps with Saentis, the highest mountain visible from here.

The living-room is equipped with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed. There are a small table and a TV set with satellite receiver (English news channels are available). Board-games, books, etc. are available, but only in German.

The bedroom contains a double bed. A bed for babies (cot with fence) will be provided, if needed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a small wash-basin and a shower. Of course, hot water is available. There are also wash-basins in the bedroom and in the living-room. The wash-basin in the living-room is embedded in a closet.

The kitchen contains built-in furniture and a corner seat with a dining table. Among the equipment, there are a fridge, a kitchen range with oven and barbecue grill mode, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, an egg-cooker, a toaster and a small food processor. Vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, spices, washing-up liquid, etc. are at hand.

The price for the holiday flat is EUR 40,- per night for two persons. The third, person pay EUR 4,00 surcharge each. (A child with two or more years of age counts as a person.) From April 1st to October 31st, a vistor's tax has to be paid, currently EUR 1,- per night and person. In July and August there is a high season surcharge of EUR 2,- per night for the flat. We do not charge extra costs like electricity, heating, cleaning, etc.

Bedclothes, towels, dish cloths and table cloths will be provided. There is a parking place reserved for you on the yard in front of our house (see photo on the left in the middle, please click on the photos for enlargements!). Bikes can be locked in safely. Our large garden with several seating-accommodations and sunloungers is at your disposal.
